About the Role

Quarles & Brady LLP, a national AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks a highly experienced attorney to join the well-regarded Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida. This role supports succession planning and growth needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct client management responsibilities for clients with taxable estates.
• Planning and drafting for the transfer of multi-generational wealth using GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, and other complex estate planning instruments.
• Post-mortem administration.
• Tax return preparation and/or review of Forms 706, 709, and 1041.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in estate planning and related responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
• Ability to provide high-quality client services.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
