Responsibilities
- Draft and implement complex estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advanced wealth transfer strategies
- Advise clients on tax-efficient estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer planning
- Administer trusts and estates, including probate matters and fiduciary guidance
- Counsel trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries on their rights and obligations
- Collaborate with corporate, tax, and real estate attorneys on multidisciplinary matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar admission
- 5–7 years of trusts & estates experience
- Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws
- Experience with sophisticated estate planning techniques and trust administration
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
Pay
$185,000 - $225,000 per year
