• $10,000 Signing Bonus for Proven, Experienced, Truck-Ready Technicians with 3-5+ years of experience
• Base - $40,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
• Total Comp - $65K - $100K+ w/spiffs, incentives & bonuses

Qualifications

• You will test, visually inspect and troubleshoot HVAC units.
• Present findings
• Suggest improvements
• Complete approved repairs.
• Document, invoice and collect payments.
• Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
• Work within code compliance on low and high-voltage wiring
• Solid understanding of HVAC sizing and design principles
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
• Perform all service repair work with professional, showroom-quality results
