What You Will Do

• Gain HVAC knowledge and learn from industry leaders through hands-on experience and factory certification through the Service Technical Academy (STA).
• Equip with tools and a vehicle to perform your job at the highest standard.
• Provide high-quality service to resolve building inefficiencies and service-related issues.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing solutions and outcomes during service visits.

What We Look For

• 1+ years of industry experience or equivalent experience in servicing mechanical systems in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, and servicing techniques.
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent Johnson Controls professionally to customers and other contacts.
• Leadership skills to support mechanics working on non-complex, non-critical mechanical HVAC equipment.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
• A valid driver's license.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $21-$34 per hour, determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
