About the role
The successful candidate will support Kemira's Manufacturing Coagulants, Industry & Water segment in Mojave, CA. Kemira's Industry & Water segment enables customers to improve their water treatment efficiency through value-added support and high-performing chemicals.
Responsibilities
- Delivering bulk liquid commodities to customers
- Loading and unloading tankers
- Completing delivery paperwork
- Complying with federal, state and local regulations in regards to the safe transportation and handling of hazardous materials
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 3-years of experience driving tractor trailer
- Minimum 3-years of experience transporting bulk chemicals in cargo tank (preferred)
- Commercial drivers license with tanker and hazardous materials endorsement required
- Clean driving record (2.0 points or less)
- Basic math skills
- Thorough knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- A customer service orientation

- Experience with bulk chemical transport is preferred
