Truck Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver products to customers and distribution centers.
• Plan routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed.
• Ensure the security of the cargo and vehicle at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Clean driving record and proven experience as a truck driver.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift and move goods.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
