About the role

Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking CDL-A Lease Purchase Drivers for Over The Road positions. The company offers a lease purchase contract with the Elite Fleet, providing a total $.10 CPM pay increase for OTR Company and Lease drivers. The first increase will take effect in July, with another planned for Q4. Additionally, there's a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicles safely and efficiently
• Load and unload cargo according to company procedures
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Passing DOT physical
• Pass pre-employment drug test

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills

Skills

• Knowledge of commercial vehicle operation
• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD)
• Proficiency with company software systems

Pay
