About the role

Hirschbach Motor Lines is hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for Over The Road (OTR) positions. As a company driver at Hirschbach, you will drive for the best, where professional drivers are rewarded for their daily efforts. We are enhancing our fleet with a total $.10 CPM pay increase for both OTR Company and Lease drivers. The first increase will take effect in July, with another planned for Q4. Additionally, there's a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Drive a CDL-A equipped vehicle
• Deliver freight on time and safely
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations
• Load and unload cargo efficiently
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Requirements

• Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Passing DOT physical
• Good driving record

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Skills

• Knowledge of trucking industry standards and practices
• Experience with GPS and other navigation systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Schedule
