Pay

The company is investing in its fleet with a total $0.10 CPM pay increase for OTR Company and Lease drivers. The first increase takes effect in July, with an additional increase planned for Q4. Combined with the current $10,000 sign‑on bonus opportunity, this creates a strong compensation package.
