Truck Driver Class C Home Daily

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a vehicle within and comply with safety regulations.
• Continuous training and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical.
• Pass a Ryder road test.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Chauffeur License.
• Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide.
• Uniform Allowance Provided.

Average Weekly Pay: $1065-$1100
