Truck Driver - CDL Class A - Penske Logistics

You will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort, equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform no-touch deliveries of automotive parts to dealerships
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday
• Sundays required as needed by the customer
• AM and PM dispatch; varies based on bidding process

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in your state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years
• 3-year DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency (required by federal law, 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
• Ability to work the required schedule and at the specified location
• Must complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and is safety-sensitive; associates must maintain constant alertness and safe operation
• Ability to accept responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others
