Truck Driver

Job Description

This position will perform a variety of truck driving and material handling duties in material control under limited supervision. Provides physical movement of material from stores to production, loads and unload trucks, and documents movements. Responsible for driving multiple types of trucks and forklifts.

Essential Functions

• Driving truck/forklift
• Drive, maneuver, and park Class A tractor/trailers as well as other assigned vehicles
• Operate Classes I, III, V and VII forklifts
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Maintaining accuracy paperwork and record keeping
• Pulling, storing, locating, labeling and verifying inventory

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Requires a valid Class A CDL license with HAZMAT endorsement and a minimum of one (1) year of directly related experience on CDL required truck driving and material handling
• Must be a minimum of 21 years old
• Pass a vision exam and color blind test
