About The Job

Our Truck Drivers represent Helena in a courteous and professional manner both on the road and at the home office. They must use tact and diplomacy when interacting with customers, Helena employees, and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assists in loading and unloading trailers with materials.
• Transports loads to proper destinations.
• Obtains shipping bills and signs for deliveries.
• Removes empty skids and carries them to designated areas.
• Performs routine maintenance checks on vehicles.
• Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Class A CDL license required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required to operate company vehicles.
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak in English required.
• Spanish language skills are valued.
• Must be able to meet all company requirements to drive a Helena vehicle.

Work Environment & Physical Aspects

• Outdoor warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Exposure to various weather conditions and outdoor elements.
• Regularly uses hands for many tasks, talks, hears, walks, sits, stands, lifts, carries, pushes/pulls, bends, stoops, reaches overhead, climbs, grips, grasps, twists, bends, and works below and above shoulder levels.
