Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Lead project teams through all phases of development, from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and sales to align on project goals and objectives.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and control processes.
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
