Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Lead project teams through all phases of development, from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and sales to align on project goals and objectives.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Communicate progress and results to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and control processes.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
