Troy, OH 1st Shift Production Team Member $20.70/hr

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform repetitive job tasks. Potentially rotate to a new task three times per shift with varying physical requirements for each task.
• Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, following production orders.
• Regular, dependable attendance.
• Comply with safety, quality, and production standards requirements.

Requirements

• Pass drug screen
• Pass pre-work ability screen
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Pass pre-employment tests
• Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite and respectful manner

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is preferred

Skills

• Use of hand tools and machinery is required
• Perform all Productive Maintenance requirements per an established schedule and maintain good housekeeping
• Learn and implement Lock Out/Tag Out and safety procedures to assure the safe operation of the equipment
• Responsible for accuracy and quality. Inspection for quality will be part of the operator’s duties
• Strong communication skills and the cognitive ability to learn the quality standards
• Able to perform repetitive tasks up to 10 hours per day

Environment

• Noise level requires hearing protection in designated areas
• Season high temperatures and humidity

Pay rate: $20.70/hr

Hours: 7:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
