Trial Prep Rep (II/ Sr.)

This role may be filled at a Level II or Senior level based on skills, experience, and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare required reports necessary for evaluation and conclusion of litigated claims.
• Communicate effectively with trial counsel and attend legal proceedings as appropriate.
• Review, update, and evaluate assigned files on an ongoing basis with supervisor and establish reserves as necessary.
• Review and analyze newly assigned litigation files to determine appropriate action and additional investigation necessary.
• Appropriately manage and resolve litigation claims in accordance with company guidelines and applicable law.

Requirements

• 2 years of prior bodily injury claims experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Technical aptitude, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to think critically, use resources, and seek answers.

Pay

• Level II: $67,543–$85,174
• Senior Level: $84,610–$98,261
