Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in unlawful detainer hearings and trials, including both bench and jury trials.
- Handle court appearances throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding jurisdictions, primarily within LA County.
- Prepare and present cases effectively in court, including legal arguments, witness examinations, and evidentiary matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure successful case management.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and comply with all court deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Deliver professional, client-focused legal representation while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license and good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling unlawful detainer matters.
- Demonstrated courtroom experience, including hearings and trial appearances.
- Strong litigation, advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, CA (LA County In-Office).
