Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including drafting and arguing motions, court appearances, and case management
- In-depth knowledge of copyright and intellectual property law, employment and labor law, and general business law and litigation
- Experience handling Motions and participation in hearings in State and Federal Courts
- Proficiency in conducting Trials and managing Depositions
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Member of the California State Bar
- Experience in business litigation is a plus
