Trial Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with a strong background in personal injury litigation and proven first-chair trial experience. This role requires a client-focused professional who can manage cases independently, deliver strategic legal guidance, and achieve favorable outcomes through negotiation and trial advocacy. Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolutionMeet with clients to assess claims, explain legal strategy, and set expectationsMaintain consistent communication with clients and insurance carriersEvaluate claims and develop effective litigation strategiesNegotiate settlements and represent clients in mediationsPrepare cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and motionsServe as first-chair trial counsel in courtCollaborate with legal staff to ensure efficient case handling Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolActive license and good standing with the New Jersey Bar5+ years of personal injury litigation experienceFirst-chair trial experience Strong negotiation and case evaluation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and within a teamBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
