Trial Attorney

Our client is are seeking Trial Attorneys with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join a growing trial-focused law firm. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with depositions, court appearances, and litigation matters, along with a strong interest in developing their trial skills. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.Conduct and assist with depositions.Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Assist with case strategy, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation.Work closely with senior attorneys on complex litigation and trial matters.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.Develop strong courtroom and trial advocacy skills. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in CA.1-5 years of litigation experience.Experience with depositions and court appearances preferred.Strong interest in trial work and courtroom advocacy.Excellent research, writing, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Personal injury defense experience is a plus, but not required.
