Triage Registered Nurse - Pediatrics

Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group Location: Round Lake Beach, IL Type: Part Time (20 hours/week) Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturdays 8am-12pm or 9am-1pm Travel: Based on departmental needs to other sites Responsibilities Include Providing nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and PhysiciansHandling phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, patient education, and conveying care plansResponding to patient messages via electronic medical recordsCharting in Epic EMR system Qualifications Current Illinois RN licensureGraduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferredBLS/CPR certificationMinimum of 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
