Triage Registered Nurse

About the Role

Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting, providing on-site patient care. Deliver nursing services under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform phone triage, interpret test results, manage medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.
• Review and respond to patient messages via electronic health records.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care with attention to patient communication and record-keeping.
• Ability to travel as needed within the department.

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN license.
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting.

Schedule

Full-time position with on-site work, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends.
