Triage Nurse - ANC

Role: Registered Nurse in a Medical Group setting, providing comprehensive nursing care under the supervision of physicians and the Practice Manager. Responsibilities Include Performing phone triage, test result reviews, medication refills, and prior authorizations.Conveying care plans, patient education, and teaching.Responding to patient messages via electronic health records.Charting in electronic medical systems such as Epic. Qualifications And Skills Current Illinois nursing license required; BSN preferred.BLS/CPR certification necessary.At least one year of nursing experience in an office or hospital environment.
