Treatment Support Technician - Washington, PA

About the Role

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient facility, The Greenbriar Center, in Washington, PA. We're offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for this full-time position. This role is ideal for someone seeking meaningful work in a structured, recovery-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Acting as a liaison between clients and clinical staff.
• Assisting with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Helping during crises under supervision and with training.
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments as needed.
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required clearances: PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI Fingerprinting, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If in recovery, 18+ months of sobriety is required.
