Treatment Support Technician - Overnight

About the role

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a full-time overnight Treatment Support Technician for our REST program in Ohioville, PA. This role is ideal if you thrive in a structured environment and want work that makes a meaningful difference. You’ll be a key part of the treatment team, helping maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through overnight programming and activities.
• Monitor safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• Act as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• Assist with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• Help during crises (with training and supervision).
• Transport clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• Support recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training to ensure you’re well-supported in your role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete required clearances: PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI Fingerprinting, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
• If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
