Treatment Support Technician

About the Role

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a full-time Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient facility, Abe's Place, in Center Township, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and wants work that makes a meaningful difference. You’ll be a key part of the treatment team, helping maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
• Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
• Acting as a liaison between clients and clinical staff
• Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
• Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
• Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed
• Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
• Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid
• If in recovery, 18+ months of lived experience is required and welcomed
