You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting clients through overnight programming and activitiesMonitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needsActing as a go between for clients and clinical staffHelping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentationAssisting during crises (with training and supervision)Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when neededSupporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism Requirements What You Need High school diploma or GEDAbility to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnightValid driver’s license plus a clean driving recordWillingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
