About the role

Portland Braces and The Modern Orthodontist are seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join their thriving practice in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions for new patients
• Work alongside the orthodontist to present treatment options and educate patients
• Build strong relationships with patients and the communities served
• Follow up with potential patients and track conversion metrics
• Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records

Requirements

• 1+ years of dental or orthodontic office experience preferred
• Professional sales experience considered an asset
• Treatment Coordinator experience a plus
• Knowledge of dental treatment plans and insurance requirements
• Certified Dental Assistant certification an asset
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
