Treatment Coordinator

Schedule

8-4 with a one-hour lunch Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements.
• Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education.
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow.
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication.
• Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment.
• Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams.

Qualifications

• Previous dental or treatment coordinating experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients.
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience.

Pay

$17-$19/hour.
