Treatment Coordinator

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring children have a lifetime of beautiful smiles. Responsibilities

• Present financial treatment plans to patients
• Work with and apply knowledge of dental insurance
• Multi-task, take direction, and be a flexible team player
• Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events, and morning huddles
• Travel between assigned offices, if needed

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent
• Associates degree in Business or equivalent (preferred)
• Bilingual (preferred, but not required)
• X-ray certification (preferred, but may be obtained through the Company)
• At least three (3) years of experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service
• Both front office and clinical dental assisting experience (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times
• Effective written and verbal communication with all levels of employees and the public
• Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail; ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner
• Strong computer skills—Word and Excel are required, with ability to learn new programs as needed
• High degree of initiative, accountability, and independent judgment
• Must project a capable and professional image reflective of Company Values
