Treatment Coordinator

About the role

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Endo Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team in Plano! We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys supporting both patients and providers, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication
• Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment
• Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
