Description
BAART Programs is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director for their Opiate Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will lead a team of nurses, counselors, and support staff, ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and meets regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation and performance of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic
- Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results
- Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates clinic staff
- Provides direction to clinic personnel and communicates corporate mandates
- Communicates with and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies
- Identifies cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Partners with other departments to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements
- Maintains key performance indicators and reacts accordingly
- Collaborates with medical director, psychiatric consultant, and compliance manager
- Maintains confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information
Development Responsibilities
- Engages in community relations and education activities to maintain and grow census
- Hires and trains personnel with cultural diversity to meet future clinic needs
- Participates in the Company Performance Improvement Process
- Familiarizes with relevant standards and regulations
- Supports marketing efforts and literature development
Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field
- Knowledge of HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
- Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
- Strategic thinker to recommend solutions and execute plans
- Customer service-focused and energetic
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
Pay
The salary range for this position is $91,802.36 - $93,875.00 annualized. The exact salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, specialty, and training. BayMark offers comprehensive benefits, including:
