Treatment Center Director

Description

BAART Programs is seeking a Treatment Center Director/Program Director for their Opiate Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will lead a team of nurses, counselors, and support staff, ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and meets regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and performance of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) clinic
• Manages OTP clinic operations to budgeted/planned results
• Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates clinic staff
• Provides direction to clinic personnel and communicates corporate mandates
• Communicates with and ensures compliance with regulatory bodies
• Identifies cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Partners with other departments to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements
• Maintains key performance indicators and reacts accordingly
• Collaborates with medical director, psychiatric consultant, and compliance manager
• Maintains confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information

Development Responsibilities

• Engages in community relations and education activities to maintain and grow census
• Hires and trains personnel with cultural diversity to meet future clinic needs
• Participates in the Company Performance Improvement Process
• Familiarizes with relevant standards and regulations
• Supports marketing efforts and literature development

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse field
• Knowledge of HIPAA, federal, state, and CARF standards and regulations
• Organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
• Strategic thinker to recommend solutions and execute plans
• Customer service-focused and energetic
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check

Pay

The salary range for this position is $91,802.36 - $93,875.00 annualized. The exact salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, education, specialty, and training. BayMark offers comprehensive benefits, including:
