TREASURY OPERATIONS ACCOUNTANT

Managing over $95 billion in assets across California, London, Rhode Island, and Hong Kong, the company delivers diversified investment management to meet the complex needs of institutional investors.

About the role

The Treasury Operations Accountant manages cash operations to support the organization’s investment funds, ensuring accurate and timely processing of cash transactions, investor funding, and distributions. The role is key to maintaining liquidity and operational efficiency for the firm’s investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Assess cash requirements to determine timing for investor funding and distributions
• Reconcile daily cash transactions
• Process routine and non-routine payments including expense, tax, and internal transfers
• Approve wire transfers and internal transfers via Treasury Management Systems and banking portals
• Prepare cash management reports

Requirements

• One to two years of full-time accounting experience with cash management exposure
• Proficiency using Treasury Management Systems or banking portals (e.g., Hazeltree)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with external parties
• Ability to multitask and prioritize varied duties
• Experience in private equity, private credit, or investment funds is a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related business field

Pay

Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000, plus eligibility for overtime and one discretionary annual bonus.
