Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables Why This Opportunity Stands Out Lead enterprise-wide cash flow, working capital, and credit strategy with direct influence on business performance Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Executive Leadership on high-impact financial decisions for a $1B publicly traded Company Drive process improvements and KPI visibility using SAP and advanced reporting tools Build and develop a finance team while creating scalable best practices across cash, credit, and collections Gain broad exposure to customer financing programs, banking relationships, and financial institution partnerships Target Compensation: $120,000 to $165,000 per year plus bonus Key Responsibilities for the Manager of Treasury & Accounts Receivables: Lead cash management, liquidity planning, and short-term cash forecasting activities Own accounts receivable, credit, collections, DSO performance, and cash conversion initiatives Develop and manage net working capital forecasts across receivables, and inventory Oversee customer financing governance and manage relationships with banks, leasing companies, and lending partners Deliver financial reporting, risk analysis, KPI dashboards, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership Qualifications For The Manager Of Treasury & Accounts Receivables Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Progressive finance leadership experience in cash flow, credit, collections, accounts receivable, and working capital management Proven success improving DSO, managing customer credit risk, and coordinating financing arrangements with financial institutions Strong knowledge of SAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate finance principles #INAUG2026
