Treasury Management Specialist

Exempt status: not eligible for overtime pay

About the role

The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing cross-sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Compile data for TM Sales Advisors, completed relationship reviews, and pro-forma pricing analyses; handle client sales needs.
• May have direct responsibility for a portion of an Advisor's portfolio.
• Conduct direct sales via telephone, individual, and joint calls with advisors and/or Relationship partners. Minimal travel may be required.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through identified sales opportunities.
• Independently manage workflow and expectations with little oversight.
• Proactively manage portfolio and all risk-related and pricing activities.
• Execute and accurately complete special projects by expected deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent experience of five (5) years in banking and/or Treasury (in lieu of degree).
• 1+ year of Treasury Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of Treasury Management experience.
• One or more years of Commercial Banking experience.
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goal expectations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce software.
