Treasury Management Sales Specialist

Duties And Responsibilities The Treasury Management Sales Specialist is responsible for providing sales support and client training for all Treasury Management related products and services. This position provides training to other ServisFirst personnel on Treasury Management products and assists officers with prospect statement analysis in order to identify opportunities and highlight the potential value of Treasury Management products. The Incumbent Will Attend sales appointments alone or with banking officers to assist with, close and immediately establish implementation/support relationship as it relates to Treasury Management ServicesAssist Officers by conducting statement analysis for prospects to compare their current provider to services offered by ServisFirstProcess Treasury Management services agreementsConduct client training (in person and via telephone) to demonstrate how to use all Treasury Management related systemsInstall remote deposit scanners for new and existing clientsRespond promptly to client inquiries related to Treasury Management products and servicesCommunicate service/product updates to clientsAnswer incoming technical support calls related to all Treasury Management products and equipmentAssist with and/or conduct yearly reviews for remote deposit and ACH clientsConduct site visits for high-risk remote deposit clients to review their usage of the service and equipmentConduct training for other ServisFirst personnelResponsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies Note: Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable otherwise qualified associates/applicants with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Note: Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferredTwo (2) years of experience in sales and customer support or related roleExperience in banking requiredExperience in Treasury Management preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated in a position documenting issues and providing instructions to customersProven ability to work with and encourage a wide range of customer abilities, from technically proficient to technically hesitantProficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointExperience using JAVA and Adobe software preferredExperience making group presentationsExperience in a position requiring attention to detail and analytical abilityExcellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, as demonstrated in a position requiring multiple objectives within deadline. Physical Requirements And Environmental Conditions The physical requirements and environmental conditions of this position consist primarily of: Sustained standing and sittingFrequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor Occasional presentations requiring public speaking to small groupsOccasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbsNormal office environment with comfortable internal temperatures and low level noise EOE/AA
