About the role
A Treasury Management Sales Implementation Specialist at MidFirst Bank supports Relationship Managers in all aspects of the sales cycle. This role involves providing expert assistance with treasury management solutions, managing onboarding of major client relationships, and maintaining client training.
Responsibilities
- Supports Relationship Managers in developing and implementing treasury management solutions.
- Prepares and coordinates all agreements and ensures customer execution and return of agreements.
- Manages the implementation of new products and services for clients, ensuring timely establishment and addressing customer issues.
- Partners with internal departments to establish new services correctly and promptly, and trains clients on the appropriate use of products.
- Prepares and delivers sales presentations, explains services, and recommends based on client needs.
- Maintains knowledge of all treasury management products and assists in identifying product improvements and solutions.
- Assists in onboarding clients by providing product expertise, responding to requests for proposals, preparing applications, agreements, and other required documentation.
- Provides product training and demonstrations to prospects and customers, and assists with inquiries and problems related to Treasury Management and Electronic Banking.
- Acts as a liaison between departments to provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of treasury management support and/or sales experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management products and related business, financial, and risk management processes.
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for product training and demonstrations.
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
- Effective time management and project management abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of all services offered by the Bank and good understanding of account analysis statements.
- Good marketing skills for cross-selling.
Pay
$70,000 - 100,000 per year. Compensation is aligned to experience, skills, and education.
