About the role

This position provides coordination and support for a variety of treasury management client service processes, working closely within the treasury management team and our business clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures efficient execution along with a focus on excellent client service.
  • Responsible for a full range of duties including client setups, ongoing client support, and client file maintenance.
  • Maintains a high degree of knowledge in all bank programs, ensuring quality service and accuracy is delivered to all clients.
  • Sustains excellent service and timely follow-up while interfacing with clients via phone, virtually, and in person.
  • Supports daily maintenance requests such as enabling digital online banking users, stop payments, and performing research.
  • Aids in the preparation of RDC/ACH Maintenance.
  • Maintains and promotes the utilization of digital banking products and services.
  • Provides ongoing client education and navigational support following adoption of digital banking platforms.
  • Demonstrates initiative to proactively identify issues and help problem solve and implement solutions for client technical and service issues.
  • Works collaboratively within the treasury management team on the administration of CDARS/ICS products, providing support and maintenance.
  • Works collaboratively with the treasury management team performing daily department tasks such as account and system maintenance, maintaining and developing procedures, and project-related assignments.
  • Maintains awareness of legal requirements and best practices, adhering to established bank policies and procedures to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a pleasant and professional phone demeanor
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills via phone and email
  • Working knowledge of Ixonia Bank products and services
  • Critical thinker with ability to review and recommend solutions to complex problems, position requires solid judgment and frequent decision making
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate; possess excellent organization skills; have the ability to prioritize projects and balance multiple tasks
  • High level of responsiveness to internal and external customers
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to present information in a confident and professional manner
  • Able to take initiative, and work as a self-starter, effectively with minimal supervision
  • Able to collaborate as part of an overall team, supporting others throughout the bank to achieve goals and objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous business banking and/or treasury management support experience preferred
  • Experience related to virtual or digital service, sales support, and cash handling preferred
  • Experience in online banking, ACH, remote deposit, positive pay and other commercial services offered to bank’s business clients at product level preferred

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of banking laws and regulations, including a strong understanding of compliance, security and BSA regulations as it relates to electronic banking
