Treasury Management Integration Specialist
About the role
Onboards new and existing customer implementations of Treasury Management payables, receivables, and other financial products to provide a smooth, seamless onboarding experience with Treasury Management products. Serves as the main point of contact between the customer representative and U.S. Bank during the implementation process via phone or email, conducts onboarding activities, performs analyses, monitors, and tracks implementation requests from point of sale to customer use. Builds positive customer relationships by ensuring an optimal level of service delivery and product functionality exceeding customers’ expectations. Escalates potential obstacles appropriately and communicates implementation status effectively while ensuring an efficient and timely onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer representatives during the implementation process.
- Conduct onboarding activities for Treasury Management products.
- Perform analyses and monitor implementation requests from point of sale to customer use.
- Ensure optimal service delivery and product functionality to build positive customer relationships.
- Escalate potential obstacles and communicate implementation status effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of related experience.
Skills
- Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes with an understanding of how customers use them.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work with both internal partners and external customers.
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay
The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay range: $32.21 - $42.93. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
