Treasury Management Implementation & Support Operations Officer (NE)
About the role
The Treasury Management Implementation & Support Operations Officer assists the TMIS Operations Manager in maintaining and monitoring operations, supporting internal clients, and enhancing the client experience. This role requires a strong IT background, familiarity with treasury products, and experience in treasury management operations.
Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining and monitoring operations, including assisting with audits and reviews.
- Archive and image reports, approvals, and forms, ensuring quality control.
- Manage temporary and permanent limit approvals for ACH & Wires within assigned authority limits.
- Support the operational integrity of the TMIS area, handling internal transactions and certifications.
- Coordinate and support projects related to product development, bank integrations, and conversions.
- Provide product demonstrations and training.
- Assist with special projects and timely completion of time-sensitive reporting to regulatory agencies and internal departments.
- Evaluate and manage decisions to limit risk to the Bank while managing client expectations.
- Maintain and update the Treasury Management Product and Services Enrollment Form (TMPS Form).
- Manage digitizing and integrating the TMPS form into Collaboration Hub, nCino, IBS, and the business online banking system.
Requirements
- Education: College degree in business-related discipline preferred but not required.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar or parallel role at a mid-size or large lending institution, emphasizing Treasury Management operations.
- IT Background: Experience with system integrations, file formats (BAI2, NACHA), and secure data transmission protocols.
- Treasury Management Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial and Treasury Management products and services, familiarity with treasury platforms, ERP systems, and banking APIs.
- Other: Basic knowledge of Banking and Branch Operations, and an understanding of Wealth Management.

The pay range for this position is $58,300–$62,100 per year, with the possibility of a discretionary bonus.
