Job Responsibilities
- Oversee billing operations for high-value and complex client segments.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of billing processes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on billing and account analysis practices.
- Lead initiatives to optimize billing models, pricing execution, and revenue capture.
- Perform in-depth profitability analysis, revenue optimization, and pricing strategy support.
- Deliver insights to senior leadership on billing trends, performance, and opportunities.
- Design and implement advanced reporting and dashboards.
- Design and enhance control frameworks for billing and account analysis processes.
- Lead audit engagements and remediation efforts.
Additional Accountabilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Treasury Management Billing, Product, Treasury, Finance, and Sales leadership.
- Support product development, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Lead system enhancements, implementations, and automation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level analysts.
- Provide thought leadership and training across teams.
- May lead small teams or project workstreams.
- Partner with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to define system requirements and future-state capabilities.
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in billing, account analysis, or treasury services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Treasury Management products, pricing strategies, and account analysis methodologies.
- Advanced experience with billing/account analysis platforms and financial systems (e.g., Weiland, XAA, CBS).
