Treasury Finance Manager
About the role
The Treasury Finance Manager leads the organization’s treasury function, with responsibility for financial risk management, and treasury governance. This role manages the Treasury Finance Team, provides operational direction, and partners with senior leadership and other departments to support financial strategy and growth. This role reports to the VP, Treasury Services. This is a hybrid position reporting to the Portland/Milwaukie Office.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Develops and executes treasury finance strategies that align with CorVel’s financial objectives
- Led, mentors, and develops the Treasury Finance Team consisting of supervisor(s) and Treasury Finance Specialists
- PARTNERS WITH TREASURY FINANCE SUPERVISOR TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN TREASURY POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND CONTROLS
- Reviews and approves treasury transactions within authority limits
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies, procedures, and controls
- LEADS INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDIT REQUESTS
- MANAGES RELATIONSHIPS WITH BANKS, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
- PREPARES TREASURY INSIGHTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR SENIOR LEADERSHIP
Knowledge & Skills
- High level of financial acumen, including risk awareness and management
- Detail-orientation with strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Pay
Pay Range: $87,190 – $134,613

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of corporate treasury finance experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
