Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Management of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Support of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Preparation and review of financial statements and management reports
• Variance analysis and trend identification
• Process improvements within Acumatica ERP system
• Streamlining and modernizing accounting workflows and reporting
• Collaboration with operational teams to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-8+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Led or supervised accounting or administrative staff
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and improve processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000/year depending on experience
