Responsibilities
- Communicate with Funding Operations to fund loans on warehouse lines.
- Perform in-depth analysis on warehouse line funding.
- Work with warehouse banks and investors in settling loans.
- Create and build reports to completion.
- Ensure reconciliation of all funding/settlements/accounts.
- Create and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Treasury activities.
- Perform wire desk duties including daily reconciliation.
- Handle ad hoc reporting tasks as assigned.
Competencies
- 1-2 years Mortgage experience and loan life cycle knowledge is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
- Team mentality when working with departments like Funding Operations, Secondary, Post Closing, and Accounting.
- Open-minded to change and continuous process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent math aptitude for planning, prioritization, and detail-oriented work.
- Effective time management skills coupled with the ability to follow through on commitments, meet deadlines, and drive results.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel skills including V-lookup, pivot tables, If/And statements, and nested formulas.
- Comfortable using various software systems.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions with leaders, colleagues, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible work schedule, including potential to work outside standard business hours.
Qualifications
- Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship.

- This position is remote (within the United States) OR in office (Irvine, CA) for candidates that reside within 30 miles of the corporate facility.
Pay
The minimum starting base salary for this position is $60,000 annually. The actual base is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
