About the role
The Opportunity Ulteig is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to support core treasury operations and the administration of Ulteig’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This role focuses on daily cash management, banking administration, treasury reporting, and ESOP-related activities, working closely with the Treasury team and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual ESOP administration process in partnership with our Third-Party Administrator including operational activities such as sustainability studies, audits, education and communication activities, and ongoing recordkeeping.
- Serve as primary contact for Ulteig’s ESOP, supporting ESOP participants and internal stakeholders regarding plan processes, data requests, and general inquiries.
- Provide analytical support for employee benefit plans as assigned, including coordination of data, renewals, and audits.
- Monitor cash and short-term liquidity to ensure sufficient funding for daily operations.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and variance analyses as assigned.
- Oversee and optimize bank account structures by managing required documentation, maintaining signatory authority records, and coordinating proactively with banking partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare routine treasury reports and reconciliations, supporting internal management and leadership reporting.
- Perform investment tracking and monitoring activities under the direction of senior treasury leadership.
- Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal control documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced controls within treasury operations.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support for treasury initiatives and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, accounting, or a related analytical role.
- 2 years of experience in ESOP or employee benefit plan administration.
- Foundational knowledge of ESOP administration, cash management, banking operations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

Pay
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $72,300 - $97,800 Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
