About the Role
As a Treasury Analyst, you’ll be a core member of the Treasury team and will be quickly exposed to a wide range of company initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team within the Finance organization of Flow Control Group. Qualified candidates are familiar with Treasury and Insurance functions, practices, and procedures that will support the Treasury and Insurance Manager with cash positioning, banking, treasury systems (banking software and ERP payment processing).
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily cash positions, including weekly variance reconciliation to the long-term forecast and ad-hoc cash flow analysis as needed. This includes detailed analysis of bank and credit card fees and rebates.
- Liaise with relevant banks to ensure bank documents are kept up to date. Work with banks for KYC requirements. Assist with opening and closing of accounts and/or enablement of treasury services.
- Lead user entitlement activities for all online banking platforms.
- Cash management and daily treasury operations including but not limited to balance and transaction reporting, execution of funds transfers, monitoring of fraud mitigation solutions, approval and release of payments.
- Coordinate all activities around Merchant Processing, including PCI compliance.
- Assist with implementation of automated processes to improve efficiency in Treasury.
- Support and administer organizational treasury policies and procedures, governing cash and liquidity management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in treasury ops with progressive experience with fast-growing companies.
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Banking system IT knowledge is preferred.
- Background in a digital payment processing business or similar industry is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of insurance policy coverage.
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as with all levels of management throughout the company.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects.
- Flexible in nature, willing to take on new responsibilities as business needs change.
