About the role
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for monitoring daily cash balances, preparing reports, supporting automation initiatives, and managing user permissions within banking systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cash position across all bank accounts and banking partners
- Prepare regular treasury reports for the broader finance organization
- Support automation initiatives for Treasury systems, including bank APIs and AI-assisted workflows
- Build and maintain Treasury analytics and dashboards, identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes
- Write and run SQL queries against Snowflake to pull and reconcile cash, wire, and bank account data
- Prepare daily and weekly cash forecast updates
- Manage user permissions within banking systems, including issuing and modifying access
- Enter and approve wires as needed for operations
- Provide backup for intercompany/book transfers
- Monitor and uphold financial policies and procedures in accordance with SOX
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and judgment to know when something looks off
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders and external banking partners
- The ability to juggle several systems and deadlines without dropping anything, and to work independently
- Genuine curiosity about automation and process improvement, and an interest in using modern AI tools to cut manual work
- A desire to build real treasury expertise on the job
Qualifications
- Experience in finance, accounting, banking, treasury, or capital markets roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal stakeholders and external banking partners
- The ability to juggle several systems and deadlines without dropping anything, and to work independently

Skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Comfort working inside the controls of a public company
- Real curiosity about doing things better than they were done last quarter
- Experience in finance, accounting, banking, treasury, or capital markets roles
- Experience with bank portals at major financial institutions
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or BI and reporting tools
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to automate reporting or build workflows
- Interest in debt facilities, securitizations, or capital markets operations
