About the role
The Treasury Analyst will support treasury operations and maintain banking relationships across multiple financial institutions. The role involves leading and assisting banking migration projects, including account transitions, system implementations, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support treasury operations and banking relationships across multiple financial institutions.
- Lead and assist with banking migration projects, including account transitions, system implementations, and process improvements.
- Perform data cleanup, validation, and maintenance activities to ensure data integrity across treasury and banking platforms.
- Manage beneficiary banking information updates, including reviewing and organizing changes in bank-required formatting and payment instructions.
- Support payment processes and systems, including PayYC-related activities and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and reconcile banking data to ensure accurate transaction processing and reporting.
- Prepare and coordinate Foreign Bank Account Report (FBAR) filings and supporting documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to resolve issues and streamline treasury processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and controls related to treasury and banking activities.
- Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in treasury, banking operations, cash management, or financial analysis.
- Knowledge of banking platforms, payment processing, and treasury management practices.
- Experience supporting banking migrations, system implementations, or process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with FBAR reporting requirements and regulatory compliance processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of financial and banking data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
