Treasury Analyst
Job Description
Manages financing approval documentation for capital projects.
Updates financing projects listings and bond offering documents.
Coordinates due diligence information requests and responses with the legal team.
Ensures accurate and current entry of all bond debt into the system.
Prepares monthly reports for accounting to use in bond accounting entries.
Enters interest rates for variable rate debt on interest rate reset dates.
Prepares and distributes weekly reports of variable rate debt interest rates.
Reconciles payment notices from banks and bond trustees to internal calculations.
Ensures timely and accurate bond payments of principal and interest.
Assists with the creation of debt-related PowerPoint slides for presentations.
Maintains cost of capital data.
Provides backup support to other Treasury Department staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of treasury functions
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- MS office and other applications as needed
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting [Preferred]
- 3+ years of business, finance, accounting or related experience [Required]
- PeopleSoft experience [Preferred]
