About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to join our team. This role bridges our Treasury and Accounting departments, combining daily cash management and payment operations with core financial accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to accuracy, and is eager to grow within a dynamic financial services organization. Key Responsibilities Treasury Operations Process and manage daily wire and ACH paymentsPerform daily cash reconciliation across treasury management productsIdentify opportunities to improve treasury processes, systems, and data accuracySupport bank account setup, maintenance, and banking partner back-office coordinationAssist with fraud prevention measures including Positive Pay and related controlsCoordinate and resolve payment dispute issues with treasury management providersTroubleshoot processing issues with internal resources and banking partners Accounting & Financial Reporting Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and month-end close adjustments Support the preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages in accordance with U.S. GAAPPerform account reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure accuracy of financial dataAssist with ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-makingCollaborate with external auditors, accountants, and consultants during financial reviewsPartner with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities Requirements Must be able to work on-site from our office in Coconut Grove, FL five (5) days per weekBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1-3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or a related areaProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (U.S. GAAP)Familiarity with treasury services (wire, ACH, RDC, Positive Pay) is a plusExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teamsBilingual English/Spanish preferred Benefits Above market compensation401(k) with company matchHealth, dental & vision insuranceLife insurance and identity protectionProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesCollaborative, fast-paced work environment
