About the role
We are looking for a Treasurer / VP of Corporate Finance to own treasury, capital structure, liquidity, and banking relationships. You will manage financial risk, support capital allocation, and lead the treasury and corporate finance function.
Responsibilities
- Treasury: Own treasury operations — cash management, liquidity, and working capital.
- Capital Structure: Manage capital structure, debt, and financing strategy.
- Banking: Own banking relationships and credit facilities.
- Risk: Manage financial risk — FX, interest-rate, and counterparty risk.
- Capital Allocation: Support capital allocation and investment decisions.
- Team Leadership: Lead the treasury / corporate finance function.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in treasury / corporate finance, with leadership experience.
- Treasury Expertise: Deep expertise in liquidity, capital structure, and financing.
- Banking: Strong banking and capital-markets relationships.
- Risk Management: Experience managing FX, rate, and financial risk.
- Analytical: Strong financial and modeling skills.
- Leadership: Experience building treasury teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in finance; MBA / CFA / CTP a plus.
Skills
- Capital Raise: Experience raising debt or equity.
- International: Global treasury / multi-currency experience.
- M&A: Financing experience for acquisitions.
- Treasury Management Systems: Treasury management system experience.
Benefits
- Compensation: Base salary range of $425,000 to $575,000, with exact placement determined by skills, experience, and interview performance.
